advantages

There are many advantages to using Kelly Tracy Advertising and Design. Supporting a local business is just one.

With other companies you may not know the person on the other line. And with us, you can speak to the president of the company any time you need to. The personal one on one treatment sets this company above the rest.

Our goal is simple… deliver a product that maintains a quality of standard that we could be proud of. We live by the basic ideals that with a little hard work, dedication and personal attention, we will always achieve this goal each and every time.

We offer value to our clients by providing hardwork that surpasess the “good enough” mentality too often found in faster-paced larger companies. In return, we’ve been lucky enough to be rewarded with their trust and loyalty.

So, take some time, browse around and pop in for a closer look. We are open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and other times are available by appointment.

Kelly Tracy a.k.a. "the shirt girl" - President / Owner

In 2003 I left a corporate job to start my own business. I would be lying if I said it was easy. It was actually really scary. But I knew that I wanted more out of the hard work I was putting in and what better way to see the benefits of hard work than through your own business?

I have a great sense of pride in the way that I conduct business, the products that I create and sell, and the relationships that I have with clients. I am happy to say that I could not be more proud of my business and my employees. I always tell people that 95% of this business is personality and I believe that. I have a personal one on one consultation with clients that is unmatched.

The best part of being "the shirt girl" is giving back. I am very blessed to have such a great business and great clients and I give back, or pay it forward, whenever I can. We sponsor many different charities and events through out the year. Who knew that you could help people through t-shirts? Our motto is that we are changing the world one t-shirt at a time... and I believe it.

Christa Goodall a.k.a. "Organizational Guru" - Executive Assistant

Christa holds this title close because she recieved a much cooler title instead of a pesky old raise. Seriously though, Christa keeps me sane. Which I can attest is a very hard job. She prints, creates, and organizes like no one else. She is an organizational tornado and I am lucky to have her as a part of my company.

Rachel Bassett a.k.a. "t-shirt ninja" - Assistant

Rachel the "t-shirt ninja" pays attention to every detail. She is in charge of quality control, and assists in everyday printing. She has transformed herself into quite the printer and has a focus and drive unlike most people her age. Rachel asked for a job here at the age of 10. She used to come in and organize the office during the summers in trade for t-shirts. (I was really getting the better end of that deal.) And when she turned 17, I hired her. She truly is a "t-shirt ninja!"

Eric Bassett a.k.a. "Bassett Hound #2" - Associate

Eric helps me out in the office when I am in a pinch. His jobs vary from office DJ to t-shirt sorter. He is always available when I need him most and I really appreciate it.

Kodey a.k.a. "the price is right!" - Associate

On most days Kodey is our entertainment in the office. He is always full of really great stories and he offers a really great outlook on life. Kodey isn't afraid to tell us we're crazy or that something may not be as cool as we think it is. He keeps us on our toes with his honesty and we are happy to call him our associate.

Deb Tracy a.k.a. "debtracy" (said quickly as one word) - Mom

Debtracy is the glue that holds my business together. On most days she can be found making deliveries, picking up orders from distributors, or delivering goodies to me and my staff. (Rachel has actually offered to work for debtracy's chili instead of actual payment. She's that good.) It is pretty typical to get business calls from debtracy while she is going about her daily activities asking how much different items would be so that she can make a sale at her hair dresser or other random stores in the area. My favorite is when she was in line at a grocery store and told the gentleman in front of her that his company shirt could probably be printed better and cheaper. He called me the next day and has been a client ever since.

Debtracy is the best help money can buy but I don't pay her a dime. She get's all of the free shirts she can dream of and all of the free computer advise that a daughter can offer. I am really getting the good end of this deal. I couldn't run this business without her and I will never be able to repay her for all of the help and support that she has given me.

“The best shirt girl on the planet! Of course, I'm pretty sure there's only one person that calls herself "the shirt girl" so that narrows it down.“

Reiley Tracy

“How long do you think you'll be able to get by with calling yourself 'the shirt girl?' Shouldn't you be called the shirt lady?“
